Shipping Time and Costs

Spriing ships to most locations in Australia. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however, during busy sale periods, and over weekends and public holidays there may be a delay in dispatching your order.

If You purchase a Product from Our Website, regular orders should arrive at Your nominated address within 6-9 business days. Tracking information is provided with each of Your purchases. Shipping fees apply to all purchases, exchanges and money-back guarantee returns. 

PLEASE NOTE: there may be delays in your online order due to logistics delays or high demand. 

If Your Address is Unattended at Time of Delivery

If You have not provided authority to leave during checkout, Your parcel will be redirected to your nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender.

While We endeavour to deliver to Your nominated address within the time frames indicated, We cannot guarantee delivery times, particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

In the event that postage costs are applied in error when checking out online, please contact Us at support@spriing.store and We will gladly look into this for You. 

Tracking

When Your online order is complete, You will receive an email containing Your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow You to track the status of Your order delivery at any time. If You have not yet received an email notification, please be assured We are most likely working hard to get your order to You. 

PLEASE NOTE: tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours after placing Your order.

You will be notified by email once Your order has been dispatched, and this email will include all tracking details relating to Your order. Changes to Your order’s delivery status will be indicated via Your tracking number on the courier website. All Australian orders are delivered through registered courier. 

If Your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, You can lodge an enquiry with the shipping company using the tracking details provided. If You need help with this process, please send an email to support@spriing.store with Your order number and We can assist in certain circumstances. In no circumstances, however, shall We accept liability for the incorrect delivery of Your Product(s) where Your nominated address is incorrect.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If Your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email support@spriing.store with Your order number so that We may assist You. 

Authority To Leave ‘ATL’

By selecting the box “Authority to Leave” you hereby authorise Us to arrange for Your parcel to be delivered to and left at Your nominated shipping address without requiring You to sign for delivery (“ATL delivery”). If You select to receive Your parcel via ATL delivery, You acknowledge and agree that only confirmation of delivery by the delivery driver (engaged directly or indirectly by Spriing) will be obtained, in order to satisfy proof of delivery. To the extent permissible by law, Spriing and its related entities disclaim all warranties and liabilities in relation to the delivery of the parcel. Unless otherwise required by law, Spriing will not replace or refund items which You do not receive if being delivered via ATL delivery. By selecting ATL delivery, You acknowledge and agree that the delivery driver maintains the right to only leave the parcel at Your shipping address if they deem the property safe to do so.
