Who is Spriing best suited to?
Spriing suits adults (and kids in adult shoe sizes) with low to medium arches who want supportive relief without stiff, thick inserts.
What if I am between two shoe sizes?
Always choose the smaller Spriing size. The shell length aligns with your arch, and the smaller shell fits more easily into tight shoes.
Can I wash and clean the covers?
Yes! Hand wash gently in warm soapy water and air dry flat. The shell underneath can also be wiped clean in seconds.
